The Oak Bay Music Society is pleased to announce a call for professional and emerging musicians for our Sidney Matineé and Oak Bay Matineé concert series. These two classical music concert series offer performance opportunities in a professional yet relaxed setting in the communities of Sidney and Oak Bay (Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island).
Solo musicians and ensembles (2-6 performers) interested in performing, please email us the following information.
- a concert program proposal (about 2X35 minutes program, with an intermission)
- recent recording (audio or video)
- biography
- optional materials such as website links, reviews, photos, posters, programs etc.
Musicians are encouraged to include local and contemporary music into their program proposals.
